1. Definitions

Tattoo Wholesale (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of SC VLC DIVISION SRL, a Romanian legal entity, registered office at Str. Rahovei CT 2 (no. 16A), Sibiu, Romania, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J32/150/2015, VAT ID RO34143366, share capital 200 RON.

Buyer — any natural person aged 16 or older, or any legal entity that creates an account on the Site or places an Order.

Site — the online store hosted at https://tattoowholesale.eu and any sub-domains and addresses redirecting to it.

Order — an electronic document sent by the Buyer to Tattoo Wholesale via the Site, expressing the intention to purchase Goods listed on the Site.

Contract — the distance contract between Tattoo Wholesale and the Buyer, concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

2. Contractual Documents

2.1. By placing an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication (email, phone) used by Tattoo Wholesale to handle commercial operations.

2.2. The notification received by the Buyer after placing the Order is informational and does not constitute acceptance of the Order.

2.3. For justified reasons, Tattoo Wholesale reserves the right to modify the quantity of Goods in an Order. The Buyer is notified at the email address or phone number provided, and any amount paid is refunded in case of cancellation.

2.4. The Contract is deemed concluded between Tattoo Wholesale and the Buyer when the Buyer receives, by email and/or SMS, the shipping notification of the Order.

3. Online Sales Policy

3.1. Access to place an Order is permitted to any User/Buyer. Tattoo Wholesale reserves the right to restrict access to certain payment methods or to a Buyer for justified reasons, including conduct that may damage Tattoo Wholesale.

3.2. All prices on the Site are expressed in EUR and include applicable VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Tattoo Wholesale may publish on the Site information about Goods and/or promotions for a limited period and within the available stock.

3.4. Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Tattoo Wholesale is not responsible for additional costs related to currency conversion or banking fees applied by the Buyer’s card issuer.

4. Right of Withdrawal (B2C)

Where the Buyer is a consumer (natural person buying outside their trade or profession), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Goods, without having to justify the decision and without incurring any costs other than those provided in art. 13 para. (3) and art. 14 of OUG 34/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).

5. Intellectual Property

Content (including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, still images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the Site) is the exclusive property of SC VLC DIVISION SRL. The Buyer is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, include any Content in any context other than the original intended one, without the written consent of SC VLC DIVISION SRL.

6. Liability

Tattoo Wholesale cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind that the Buyer or any third party may suffer as a result of Tattoo Wholesale fulfilling any of its obligations under the Order, nor for damages resulting from the use of the Goods after delivery and especially for their loss.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance of contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event, as understood under Romanian and applicable EU law.

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

This Contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between Tattoo Wholesale and Buyers will be settled amicably or, if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts of the registered office of SC VLC DIVISION SRL. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
