Returns & Refunds

1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (a natural person buying outside your trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 transposing Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw from the contract, send us a clear statement by email to order@tattoowholesale.eu including:

• Your name and order number (e.g. TW-001234)
• The items you want to return
• Date of receipt
• Your bank IBAN and account holder, for the refund

You can also use the standard withdrawal form template provided by EU consumer law.

3. Returning the goods

Send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal, to the address below:

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We recommend a tracked carrier service.

Goods should be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags, accessories and packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

4. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods (or the proof you have sent them, whichever is earlier).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (Stripe will return the amount to the same card / wallet), unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery (e.g. ink containers, needle cartridges, opened skin).

6. Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at order@tattoowholesale.eu with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at our cost.

7. Business buyers (B2B)

Buyers acting in the course of their trade or profession do not benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrongly delivered goods and must be agreed with us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
