Shipping

1. Order processing

Orders are received 24/7. Our processing window is Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:30 (Europe/Bucharest). Orders placed outside this window are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping options

Within Romania

• GLS courier — typically delivered within 1 business day if the order is placed before 20:30. Cost as displayed at checkout.
• Local pickup — from our office at Str. Rahovei CT 2 (no. 16A), Sibiu, Romania. Free.

European Union (EU/EEA)

• Shipping via GLS or partner carriers. Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Prices include applicable VAT for the country of destination, where applicable.

United Kingdom & outside EU

• Available on request. Customs duties and import VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Tracking your order

After your order is dispatched, we send you an email with the tracking number (AWB). You can also request the AWB at order@tattoowholesale.eu.

4. Modifying or cancelling an order

You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by calling +40 369 733 154 or emailing order@tattoowholesale.eu.

5. Delivery delays

Stated delivery times may be extended in case of force majeure or carrier issues (extreme weather, accidents, holidays). For card payments, the dispatch date depends on successful payment authorisation.

6. Failed delivery

If you are not present at the delivery address and the carrier cannot complete delivery after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
