Data & Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Tattoo Wholesale account and the personal data associated with it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies to both our website and our mobile apps.
How to request deletion
Email order@tattoowholesale.eu from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Once we confirm your identity, we permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days. No login is required to make the request.
What we delete
- Your account and login credentials.
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Saved shipping and billing addresses.
- Company details (name, VAT ID) stored on your profile.
- Order history linked to your identity (see the retention exception below).
Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
What we must keep (legal retention)
We are legally required to retain certain records even after account deletion. These are kept only for the purposes below and are not used for anything else:
- Invoices and order/accounting records: 10 years (Romanian accounting law).
- Records needed to defend legal claims: up to 3 years after deletion (statute of limitations).
Where possible, these records are anonymised or pseudonymised.
Your other GDPR rights
Besides deletion, you may request access to, correction of, or a copy of your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full list. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.ro).
